"VT Clips" is how many times you have cast Vampiric Touch before it completely finished.
"DP Clips" is how many times you have cast Devouring Plague before it completely finished.
"VT Skips" is how many times you have cast Mind Flay without Vampiric Touch in the target.
"DP Skips" is how many times you have cast Mind Flay without Devouring Plague in the target.
"VT pre Skips" is how many times you have cast Mind Flay with the REMAINING duration of Vampiric Touch in the target being less than the cast time of Vampiric Touch.
"MFs Interrupted" is how many times you have cancel Mind Flay before it did its 3 damage ticks.

Ignores Skips if SW:P is about to expire in the target.
Ignores Skips and Interrupts if target is not a Boss (use Heroic Training Dummy for testing).
May break/bug if you cancel MF before it does any tick of dmg.
