Sniper Training Buff refresh bar timer through a custom TSU.Simple progress bar that shows time until your Sniper Training buff will refresh
Only loads in Raids/Dungeons
Note: Due to server lag, and that the spell behaviour isn't exact, the timer is not 100% accurate, but as close as it can get.
