Tracks Diseases, Runes, Runic Power, and Health.Only shows when you target something attackable.
Health bar changes colour as health lowers, green>yellow>orange>red.
Diseases Glow for 3 seconds before the timer ends (then grey if none applied).
Runes go grey when on CD and have a timer on them.
