World Buff Drop Timers
Shows a big timer bar for zg heart/rend/nef/ony head when they are dropped. Plays a jingle sound when Nef/Ony heads go out and a loud horn when Rend head goes out. Plays squeaky toy sound when ZG buff goes out. The ZG heart drop timer assumes you are in booty bay. If you are actually on the island, the drop timer is much shorter.Has separate timers for both horde and alliance ony/nef buffs because the NPC yells are different
