Shattering Throw Say with Icon
States in /say when you apply shattering throw.Has an icon that shows if the aura is missing on current target, applies a glow if your shatter is off cd. The icon shows remaining time of the debuff on the target.
Only loads in raids, you can change it in your load settings if you want.
I made this very late so don't comment on how messy it is please.
