PI ready!

Simple aura for managing Power Infusion (PI) as a caster with priests using Power Infusion Manager by Nayni: https://wago.io/VTWCgLiZG/1

The aura simply shows a flashing PI icon when you receive the message "Power Infusion is ready!", and a grayed out PI icon with the remaining cooldown shown when you receive the message "Power Infusion on YOU!".
