Instance History
Shows when you will be locked out of instances and for how long.It basically keeps track of a lot of things so that it can guess whether an instance you enter is a new one. There's no foolproof way of detecting it, but its pretty good at guessing. Notably, if you aren't party leader and the party leader resets it, it has no way of knowing (unless the party lead has the weakaura too).
The bar represents the last 60 minutes, and each white segment represents a different instance and the duration that you were in it.
By default, it shows once you've been in 2 instances in the last hour. This can be configured in the custom options tab.
