Alter Time Health Bar

Automatically Resizes to the Anchored Health Bar
If you're not using ElvUI you need to change the Anchor inside the Display tab

It marks the Point when you alter timed on the Bar and shows buff Duration + a % Value text when you pressed it

Also writes in /say when you used it
