EOTS Flag Pickup Sound Reversal Fix
Fixes the issue in EOTS where the flag pick up sound was swapped between the alliance and horde faction.Note:
If you're using a different language client, you may need to change some things like "Eye of the Storm" under the Load tab, and " has taken the flag!" in trigger 1 depending on your language.

When an alliance picks up a flag, it should play this sound file:

How this weakaura works:
When you enter "Eye of the Storm", it pre-mutes the 4 flag capture sound files:

When the chat system announces that someone " has taken the flag!", it unmutes the flag pickup sounds, plays the correct flag pickup sound, then mutes them back immediately so you never hear the wrong sound that the game triggers.
When you exit "Eye of the Storm", it un-mutes these files so that it doesn't affect other areas like WSG.
