Features:
- Shows Goblin Thermal Sapper & Saronite Bomb CD, as well as how many you have when not on CD.
- Shows Potion CD, as well as how many you have when not on CD.
- Shows Engineering Nitro Boosts & Hyperspeed Accelerators Actives & CDs
- Potion Icon becomes Red whilst in Combat
- Potion Icon glows Yellow whilst OOC, and in an instance
NOTE: The priority display of Potions is from Bottom to Top in the "Potions" group.
