Modern HUD UI
Forked from Inferno's awesome WA (https://wago.io/MV4ZkunmU)- Changed shape and size of WAs, less square.
- Out of range now has red overlay on skills.
- Out of mana now desaturates.
Like Inferno -> Swing timers not added as I think the WeaponSwingTimer addon is better.
