Shows if Icy Touch or Plague Strike are missing on the target
It will show a enemy castbar every time you are able to interrupt
And all the skills that need tracking.
The big Ghoul WA on the top left is only coming up if your Ghoul is up and going to expire so you know when to use your Death Pact....or if the ghoul is missing and you specced into Master of ghouls
The 2 Arc thingis in the top are for your debuffs.
It is showing if you don't have a presence active.
