Slight changes compared to the Bigdebuffs addon to be more suitable for Priests in Wotlk (higher priority of dispellable roots/stuns; addition of weakened soul debuff tracking; Some unnecessary short CD removed)
Essentially made this Weakaura since Bigdebuffs doesn't work with some 3rd party party frames like Vuhdo
