Dark Edge of Insanity proc
Simple indicator of Dark Edge of Insanity proc (Glimpse of Madness) on current target. Shows icon with CD and plays sound (Wilhelm Scream) when it procs. Handy for any actions one might still want to make during proc (get range as hunter, cast as shaman/paladin, etc).
