Buff & Consumable Tracker - Mage Horde
Modified Consumes & Buff Tracker by Slaves#2637 for HordeAll functions taken over such as:
Activates when character panel is open.
Additions:
- Clickable consumables (and mage buffs)
- Flask safety (need modifier for pop, informs with a pop-up)
- Shows item count of consumables when not popped
- Shows additional consumables (Grenades, Potions, etc.) count and cooldown.
