Shows your health, resource and target health as neat bars in bottom center of the screen. If the target is Rare, Elite or Boss, the bar changes appearance accordingly. There are different appearances for Rares, Elites, Rare Elites and Bosses including "dragons" around the bar so you can clearly see what it is (Elites and Rare Elites are indistinguishable with just vanilla HUD).
Since the bosses have no inherit flag that they are bosses this is done by comparing their max health to their level using formula I made up so if you find any NPC that this doesn't work with please let me know so I can adjust.
If you're a warrior there's 20% tick with health value for Execute.
