4HM_Mark_Counter

Based on https://wago.io/amLxHdF6g - but for healing rotation.
Added custom option - "Starting Horseman"

Set your "Starting horseman" and "First move at mark"
The WA will then tell you which horseman to go to in a clockwise rotation.

*WARNING- NOT TESTED LIVE YET*
