Round Robin Hourglass Sand
This aura automatically distributes sand to the raid. Sands will be assigned to a player if it gives them the exact amount of sand desired, and otherwise to the player with the least amount of sand below the desired amount. If no player meets these criteria, sands will be assigned to the loot master. Works in party and raid when you are the master looter and threshold is at most common.
