Fury warrior combat HUD

Makes it very easy to see when you need to buff yourself, debuff enemies.

Tracks important Fury CDs:Bloodthirst, Whirlwind, EXECUTE

Reminds you to Death Wish & Blood Fury @ Boss 30% HP level

The HUD mostly hides when out of combat.

Please feel free to request features, suggest improvements, etc.Feedback is appreciated.
