This gives you clickable buffs for priests, including: Mageblood, Blasted Lands buff, Spirit of Zanza, Runn Tum Tuber, Nightfin, Brilliant Mana Oil, and Onyxia Buff.
The general logic works this:
- When you dont have the buff currently, its grey
- If you click the icon it'll do that buff (the number in the bottom right is how many charges/items you have in your bag)
- Once the cooldown gets low it'll have a glow around it letting you know you may need to refresh soon
