Your Health bar changes colour as health lowers, green>yellow>orange>red.
Diseases Glow for 5 seconds before the timer ends (then grey if none applied).
Runes go grey when on CD and have a timer on them.
Enemy Cast Bar is green if interruptible, otherwise white.
