Unzip into your addons folder as if it were an addon named Custom
Have Elv auto scale your UI to fix most resolution issues; should be .53 at 1440p or .71 at 1080p
If that scales other UI elements too small then you can individually scale them back via https://wago.io/AvJb4QTQC
Unfortunately this is the only way to get near pixel accurate :/
