Yellow - .5% Close to cap
Green - Cap (8%)
Cyan - Above Cap
Expertise legend:
Red - Below Soft cap (26)
Yellow - Soft cap (26)
Green - Between Soft (26) and Hard cap (56)
Pink - Hard cap (56)
Cyan - Above Hard cap (56)
