If the cooldown timers aren't showing up you'll have to enable action bar timers, in the default wow interface under Actionbars > Show Numbers for Cooldowns.
A combination of a number of weak auras from Retail and Classic amended to fit my UI.
Human/Travel/Aquatic form shows your healing spells with a count for how many times each spell can be cast before you are OOM. Healing cooldowns are also displayed such as Swiftmend, Tranquility, and Nature's Grace.
Kitty form gives you all the relevant abilities on Bar 1 along with any cooldowns which may be used within this form. Some abilities are hidden unless Prowl is detected, where they will then appear. The small number on the right of the PowerBar is how many powershifts you're able to cast before OOM.
Bear form provides relevant Bear cooldown tracking as per the other forms.
Relevant abilities are desaturated unless you have enough power to cast them.
Abilities are red if the target is not in range.
Bar 2 shows utility spells which you may want to track the cooldowns of. Rebirth will show how many casts you have depending on the number of seeds for the max rank version.
Druid - Aura bar: provides you with active abilities, whether that be buffs/debuffs on your target/self. For healing spells on yourself, it only tracks your own spells for solo PvE content.
Castbar & Taunt Miss/Immune are also tracked and displayed where relevant.
