Features:
- Mainhand swing timer
- Energy bar + tick (needs one energy gained tick to show up after loading; not always 100% accurate while out of combat)
- Combo points

Note:
If the Energy bar turns darker while in combat you are probably using AddonSkins for ElvUI. Try disabling WeakAuras in the AddonSkins settings.
The Energy ticker is a transparent progress bar with only the spark visible. AddonSkins "styles" this a bit more opague so the energy bar behind is going to be darker.
