说明：11级光墙裂建议绑定所有饰品和技能 因为需要读11光的时候都是团队最危险的时刻 不要吝惜蓝
同理这个宏可以根据需要改成其他等级 具体用几级光没有标准，根据自己的装备和T的硬度 一般来说是1级(或5级)光用来在开战前或者团队没有任何压力时候刷一下保持光之优雅buff用 7级光来稳定血线 9级光用来无差别抬血 11光应对团队大血崩的局面 #show

说明：2个很普通的鼠标指向圣闪/震击宏，他们不配和饰品绑在一起
尽量减少震击的使用次数它只应该在移动中应急使用 HPM太低 而且占用宝贵的公共CD
关于圣闪：不要在团队治疗缺口大的时候为了减少过量治疗频繁用圣闪 要根据团队其他奶妈的情况 酌情使用或者不用技能后面不加等级 默认就是最高级 |
