Checks nearest 20 nameplates and shows a starfall icon if they are in range of starfall.
This works with Glyph of Focus and without it and for all ranks of nature's reach including 0
When 1/2 Nature's reach Starfall goes down to 18/33 yards, the weak aura will struggle to calculate 18/33 yards as a range on enemy units. So it will instead round up to 20/35, making it slightly inaccurate. To combat this I decided to default 1/2 Nature's reach to 15/30 yards because it's better to be too close then too far and have your starfall miss.
This is a blizzard thing and nothing really I can do about it.
