the idea is, that the raidlead or tank can delay the bosspull by 2 seconds if he sees that the rogues still need some time.
To my knowledge respeccing is a cast that is not visible to other characters (except by animation), and does not appear in any combat logs. therefore this weakaura broadcasts UNIT_SPELLCAST_START and UNIT_SPELLCAST_STOP events for spells with the ids 63644 and 63645 to other instances of this aura. |
