Simply add your 2 gem item links in Custom Options, and set the item slot and gem slot. Trigger the swap with the macro: /run WeakAuras.ScanEvents("SWAP_META") or /run WeakAuras.ScanEvents("SWAP_GEM") either works
Will do nothing if your currently equipped meta gem does not match either item link in custom options
