Made for the weapon swapping meta, all buffs/procs are dynamic except for FC & BM weapon buffs/ICD, which remain after weapon switching to view proc/ICD easier.

The general idea is:
TOP ROW - Buffs you control that have guaranteed up-time (including on-use trinkets)
MIDDLE ROW - All chance procs by themselves to make them easier to track at a glance
BOTTOM ROW - Sigils
What I've changed:
-Made FC & BM enchants permanent fixtures in the buff snapshotting, so when you weapon swap the buff/ICD will remain visible.
-Moved all on-use trinkets to the top row, as these have a guaranteed up-time.
-Moved bloodlust/heroism out of bottom row, to the left of procs as it is the ultimate timer for Gary.
-Added sigils below procs for easier tracking
-Added tailoring cloak enchant + signet of edward the odd
