To get clickable frames with menus, use ElvUI to hide the frames behind the Weakauras.

If you want the MGS sounds they are easy to find on google. Make a new folder in the wow folder and put your sound files there. Then in game you can open an aura, find the sounds, choose custom and type in the path. Example "Customsounds\MGS Gameover.wav" |
